kdspark Posted December 17, 2006 Posted December 17, 2006 I ordered an item on Amazon that is being prepared for shipping but hasnt yet. Well they say it is on sale for 29.99 from 64.99,well Kmart has it for 24.99 starting today. I am trying to cancel it or get them to PM,but it says that I cant cancel it because it is being prepared for shipment?? Can I just refuse shipment and have it shipped back for refund? HELP! D

kdspark Posted December 17, 2006 Author Posted December 17, 2006 Well I called(Thanks BTW) and it is supposedly in processing and they wont cancel it. So I told him since he wont price match I will refuse shipment. He said fine. D
kdspark Posted December 18, 2006 Author Posted December 18, 2006 Well after sending an email response to there non help(I know it was my fault),but I emailed nicely to say that I would refuse shipment as I told the guy on the phone. Well I got home to find an email that they were refunding my shipping and 5 dollars off my next order. Wow what great CS! D
