Geeks.com has jWin MP3/WMA players for $14. They come in blue, pink, white and yellow. They use a secure digital card (SD) or multi-media card (MMC). I bought those at Buy.com for super-cheap after rebate and Google Checkout, so I now have 1GB and 2GB MP3 players for the kids at a great price.

I measured mine (still in package, but should be fairly accurate)... 2" H x 2" x L and about 1/2" to 3/4" wide.
