Checked my order conf. from Google when it came through. Just perfect everything looked right saved 10 bucks! Then I got my shipping conf. From TRU only one item:gdparanoid: Called TRU I was charged for both items but they canceled part of my shipment because it was out of stock(didn't say that when I ordered it) She said the would credit my card for 50 percent of the first item. Deal Grabber Posted December 7, 2006 Share Posted December 7, 2006 I called TRU this am about my order and told the lady i am very disappointed in them.They canceled my Elmo months ago and now a toy i bought my son yesterday went on sale today .It is still in processing mode and she wouldnt even price adjust for me.It was a $20.00 difference.Makes no since what so ever. I recently had the same problem with Target but after several calls and asking to speak with their manager they were able to fix my problem and gave me $20 credit for my next purchase.
