AAAHHHHHHHH! Just got my first taste of TRU screw-ups!

I ordered 2 lego items when they were having their B1G1 sale on legos. Used Google checkout. Checked my order conf. from Google when it came through. Just perfect everything looked right saved 10 bucks! Then I got my shipping conf. From TRU only one item:gdparanoid: Called TRU I was charged for both items but they canceled part of my shipment because it was out of stock(didn't say that when I ordered it) She said the would credit my card for 50 percent of the first item. After reading everything on here about TRU I am not holding my breath. I got her name and extension #.

I hate when companies do that without letting you know or contacting you to see if you would like another item in the place of the out of stock item.

I called TRU this am about my order and told the lady i am very disappointed in them.They canceled my Elmo months ago and now a toy i bought my son yesterday went on sale today .It is still in processing mode and she wouldnt even price adjust for me.It was a $20.00 difference.Makes no since what so ever.

Hope it works out! I recently had the same problem with Target but after several calls and asking to speak with their manager they were able to fix my problem and gave me $20 credit for my next purchase. So, I guess all the hassle was worth it!

TRU is not on my favorite list right now.I have emailed them and called them with no help.
