Fancy Christmas Dresses for a 12 year old

My 12 year old needs a dress for the Church Christmas program. Thought we had something appropriate and then found out tonight that the music director wants them to dress in Christmas colors (red, green, blue, gold) no black or white. Everything she has is black or white. We've already looked at the major dept stores around town and everything she likes is either inappropriate (strapless, halter etc) or too expensive (I'd like to keep it under $50 less is better). Anyone have any great websites? Any creative suggestions where to look. I have a feeling that this late in the game everything is already going to be gone. She wears a girls 14 or a junior size 0, but most of the junior stuff is too mature.

Have you checked Pennys or Kohls, their websites show some dresses in size 14 for girls. Not sure of what style you want Kohls had them for under 40. Pennys is right a fifty or a few dollars more.

Ebay. It's great, fast, inexpensive, and she's not going to wear it again anyway.
