Help me find a Car GPS for $100-$150

I am looking for a car navigation system something like Magellan roadmate. The price range I would like is between $100 to $150. There was one in Meijer on BF but it was sold out before I could get it. I am not being able to find anything online in this price range. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

At that price, the saying "you get what you pay for" holds especially true. Amazon had the Roadmate 360 for $199 shipped a few days ago but that deal is over. I'd wait if you can as there are no really great deals right now.

I hope I'm not thread hijacking too badly, but since you seem to have a good amount of knowledge on the subject: Currently, at what price level do the Car GPSes become worthwhile and not cheap junk? I'm sure it depends a lot on the specific user, but what is your personal opinion?
