misshayley
I just had some of this at a party, and I would love to make it for my family. I know that it has cream cheese in it, and of course pumpkin. Does anyone have a recipe for this? I searched google, but the recipes I found don't use cream cheese. PUMPKIN LAYER: 2 c. pumpkin 3 egg yolks 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon Cook in saucepan, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and starts to thicken (won't be too thick). Pour over cheese layer. Top with whipped cream and chopped walnuts. Cool in refrigerator until serving time

Pumpkin pie spice is sold in the spice aisle pre-made in any grocery store. Basically it consists of cinnamon, nutmeg and something else. :)
