momof5plus1hubby
My cousin is getting an apartment with her BF. I got her a storage tub and filled it with odds and ends..Like measuring cups, hot pads, kitchen stuff, stuff like that. Anyway my question is would you wrap everything in it and then wrap the tub, or just wrap the storage tub? I hope that made sense LOL (I am only going on 1 cup of coffee)
wifeymiller
I would wrap the storage tub but not each individual thing in it. You might put in some tissue paper so it looks pretty inside though :) (You can even just put a big bow on it if you don't care for her to see the storage tub :))
Jennifer0530
I would wrap every single piece and then wrap the storage tub also! But that's me!
bayhaysay
I wouldn't even wrap the tub. I'd just tied a big ribbon around the whole thing and put some colorful tissue paper on the inside.
dealluvr
i would go to the $ store and get a bunch of dish rowels tape them together and wrap the bin with the towels

elena_398
You can get the colored plastic wrap and put it over everything. If you have a flower factory, they sell it. All colors. I've done that to wrap a huge basket with baby shower items
Firemansgal311
You could buy one of those plastic giftbags and slide it inside to make the wrapping easier and top off with an oversized bow.

rabx5
Wrap the little stuff inside and buy one of those bike bags from a dollar store and throw the storage container in that
kmbrly
I'm doing (sort of) the same thing for my nephew. He and his wife are moving down here (Florida) in the next couple of weeks, so my sister and I are making him a hurricane kit as one of their presents. Big plastic tub with some odds and end hurricane supplies (battery operated TV, flashlights, weather radio, etc). We're going to wrap the stuff inside individually, and then put a big ribbon and bow around the plastic tote. BTW, I love gifts like your giving. I do those for wedding showers, and similar ones for baby showers. much more practical, I think.
sammy50
I would buy a large vinyl tablecloth and wrap the whole tub in it. That way they could use the tablecloth and not have a bunch of wrapping paper to throw away.
babygirl2310
I would just wrap the whole tub, not each item.

sissykus
If I were you and I had time, I would wrap everything. That makes it more fun to open. It doesn't matter if some of the items are only 1$, it is still fun. If you dont have time or are trying to save materials, then I woud at least use tissue paper or something, maybe even sales papers if they are BF fans too!!!!!!!!!
