Cherry Posted October 31, 2006 Posted October 31, 2006 A new one opened nearby I did a little searching and haven't found anything about them on BF. Has anyone been there on BF before? Do they even have great sales that day? Any info would be great TIA my 1st post so I hope I did this right.

carz316 Posted November 1, 2006 Posted November 1, 2006 I believe Academy Sports stores started out in Texas and eventually ventured outside of the state. I also recall seeing a BF ad last year, but can't remember what items were listed. I prefer Academy Sports, rather than The Sports Authority in Houston.
