Are there any great deals on the Windows XP software out there?

 

I bought my computer just before they released XP so I am still running ME. I would love to get an iPod but need XP to use their software.

 

I don't need all the extras, just the upgrade from ME to XP. I have tried looking around but everywhere I have looked it is still $200+.

I love ebay, but hadn't been able to find a seller that I would trust. I will start looking around there again.
