back2schoolmommy Posted November 24, 2004 Posted November 24, 2004 The much hyped BF sales or the ones on the final Saturday before Christmas? just wonderin'! :)
elena_398 Posted November 24, 2004 Posted November 24, 2004 Depends on the store, but either way I am there and buying!
back2schoolmommy Posted November 25, 2004 Author Posted November 25, 2004 Our BF funds dried up in a hurry, so I am going to be missing out on the "festivities" Friday...hopefully I can get in on some amazing deals on that final Saturday before Christmas!
RossMAN Posted November 25, 2004 Posted November 25, 2004 The much hyped BF sales or the ones on the final Saturday before Christmas? just wonderin'! :)Black Friday (Nov 26, 2004) has the best deals if you're willing to wait in line for hours.
MarkRaby Posted November 25, 2004 Posted November 25, 2004 Black Friday (Nov 26, 2004) has the best deals if you're willing to wait in line for hours.I've got to agree with Ross on this one. Of course, you might see something on sale on the Sunday before Christmas that wasn't even on sale during Black Friday/Saturday. But aside from that, and especially when you count in mail-in rebates (BF is pretty much national MIR day), Black Friday generally sports the best retail deals of the holiday season. Of course, like RossMAN said, it's a trade-off because BF consists of longer lines, and usually more madness than the aformentioned Sunday. --Mark--
