Looking for a cheap sub to neopets magazine

Anyone have a clue where the cheapest place to get the neopets magazine is? My daughter has this on her xmas list, the lowest i have seen it is 24.99 for 6 issues, which is just insane to me!

I searched. The cheapest I saw was also $24.99 and that was through my points at magazines.com.
