I was looking at the Nokia 6236i for -$50. I don't need data or a camera. Just good clear reception.

yup all new phone and contract. they changed the prices and it's -$50. there's no more phones at amazo.n for less than that for VZW

 

edit- no BT, EV-DO etc needed either.

there are sites you can order off like www.letstalk.com where they will pay YOU to start service and you get free phone

This is happening with every phone I choose. I called Amzn and they said it's a website issue. So maybe I can get the E815 after all..

Why not check out Verizon's website. Got my last phone from their website and it was a better deal than in the local V store and it was also free shipping.
