Ok, DH and I can't be together for Thanksgiving but I still wanted a basic Thanksgiving dinner.  I can say, it is nearly impossible to cook for 1 on Thanksgiving.  LOL

Leftovers forever!!!

It sure is hard to cook for one, Thanksgiving or not. I’ve never tried to cook Thanksgiving for one because luckily I live close enough to family to make just a day trip due to my work schedule.  I think i would probably just cook myself a burger.  :)

Costco has a nice prepared meal (for those looking for smaller options for next year.) Not quite for one, but you can do for one and have leftovers for a while. A turkey breast, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans and cranberry sauce. It is available in the refrigerated section the week of Thanksgiving.

GO BRUINS!

Can also get just a turkey breast. Cool that up with reduced amounts of sides and you have a few meals. :)
