I think it is just one of those USB flexible lights. Good for laptops and stuff where you may need some light on the keyboard.

Gotcha! I have one of those USB-style lights... It has 8 LEDs, but the light it produces is very concentrated (like a AAA-battery flashlight).

I also have a USB plug-in fan... That's much more useful! Posted Image
