Sharpie Mini's

I'm president of the Home and School Assoc and we're looking for a deal on about 17 dozen Sharpie Minis--the ones with the metal triangle on the tip of the lid for attaching to a keychain. Staples has the cheapest I could find for just under a dollar piece. I was hoping to find about 50 cents each. Thanks!
