Christmas already. I know my tree is still up, but isn't to early to start buying Christmas decorations?

I am just that cheap or shouldn't a Christmas wreath be discounted more than 60% in the middle of summer. I can find a 60% off sale at any retail store today for an item that I won't have to wait 5 months to use.

I think $39.99 as being the marked off price as high, never pay $99 for a prelit wreath, aren't they about $24.99 at Walmart during the holidays?
