stacya
One of my sons has been DYING for a VR, and I guess there was a new one just released this year. I doubt that is likely to be on sale, but does this stuff ever go on sale? Maybe I can sell him on a different one...
Fishboysmom
Same here. I've been thinking about the Oculus Quest for ds14. Anyone have any input? https://www.bestbuy.com/site/oculus-quest-all-in-one-vr-gaming-headset-64gb-black/6342914.p?skuId=6342914&ref=212&loc=1&extStoreId=578&ref=212&loc=1&ds_rl=1260666&ds_rl=1266837&ds_rl=1268709&ds_rl=1266837&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIu-HazrTY5QIVmoVaBR2P8w03EAQYAiABEgIf0_D_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds
dantegirl
My son wants the Oculus go for Christmas. I ended up purchasing a used unit from eBay for half the cost. My brother tested and set it all up for Christmas day and I'm very impressed with it. We tested a fishing game and I was just floored by how realistic it was! Though, I am a tech novice so I may be colored by my inexperience!
abentley
I bought my son an Oculus rift last year as a surprise. It is amazing!! Many of our local schools are now getting grants to purchase them. I highly recommend it!
redeyejay
I have an Oculus Quest and I really like it. The Lenovo BF ad shows the Oculus Rift S for $349 ($50 off). That model requires a hefty gaming PC and a wired connection to it. Whereas the Quest is entirely standalone and wireless. Let me know if you have any specific questions and I'll help out if I can!
