len_mullen
I got a call from a friend seeking a recommendation for a laptop for an intern who is going to Hollywood to make videos. I don't know much about editing videos, but last I checked, this was done best and easiest on a Mac. Can anyone who has done or supported someone who has done something like this please look through the blackfriday charts and help me pick an appropriate mac for this kid? thanks...len! Brad
I know B&H had some nice deals on MacBook Pros that were from the previous generation which would be more than fine. Would probably be a deal or two among those. For video editing, you might want to go with a bigger screen too.
bigjimslade
I agree with Brad. Make sure the mac has enough RAM and processing power. The mac will come with iMovie which is free. Once they learn that then they can upgrade to Final Cut Pro.
