Printhead for Canon i455 printer or cheap replacement printer

I bought my sister a Canon i455 for college, and now the printhead is shot. It was a cheap printer to begin with, so I don't want to spend $50+ to replace the printhead. If you can find one for a good price, let me know. Otherwise a cheap replacement printer would be good, too.

 

I have a Samsung ML-2010 that I'm considering giving her, but it's kind of big for her little car to add to her move-in and move-out days.
