Rockfordmom Posted March 14, 2006 Posted March 14, 2006 Walgreens has Kotex B1G1F and there was a coupon in the Sunday paper a couple of weeks ago for Kotex B1G1F, so I bought 2 boxes of pads and 2 boxes of Tampons and only paid $2.99 for all 4 boxes. The coupons are for B1G1F for pads, so when I put my stuff for him to ring up I purposely put a box of pads (2.99) first and then a box of tampons (automatically rung up free) and then the other box of pads (for $2.99) and the other box of Tampons rung up free so that I was paying for 2 boxes of pads according to the receipt so that I was complying with the terms of the coupon and they couldn't get me on a technicality.
shopping mom Posted March 14, 2006 Posted March 14, 2006 thanks I will check it out. that is the only brand me and older DD use.
Guest jcmaro Posted March 14, 2006 Posted March 14, 2006 CVS has the same deal this week as well. I used 2 B1G1 coupons and bought 4 packs of Kotex pads for $0.35.

bugsette Posted March 14, 2006 Posted March 14, 2006 thanks for the posts... I will check out both locations
genaa Posted March 15, 2006 Posted March 15, 2006 Dollar General has a booklet that has several good coupons in it. One is save $1.00 on any Kotex/tampons or pads. The booklet says "FREE Coupon Book worth over $30 - Celebrate Black History Month" At one DG I found the booklet at the checkout; at another DG I found the booklet in the hair care products for woman of color. I have used these coupons at other stores with no problems, but it does say redeemable only at DG. Coupons expire on 04/07/06. You might could combine the B1G1 with $1.00 off coupon. Worth a try.
Guest jcmaro Posted March 15, 2006 Posted March 15, 2006 Yes I was able to use 2 B1G1. Someone told me it would work and it did. I was surprised that they took both of them though.
codeblue Posted March 15, 2006 Posted March 15, 2006 Yes, I went to my CVS today and used my 2 coupons for B1G1 along with their sale and only had to pay sales tax.
biomajor Posted March 15, 2006 Posted March 15, 2006 Thanks a lot--I didn't have any b1g1's, but I did have 3 $2 off coupons, so I got all 4 for free anyway :) They also had the frizz ease singles for 50 cents and a couple of other things on the clearance endcap for cheap like a radio for $5 and umbrellas for $3
