When is the best time to use it?

It looks like it will overlap with some sales / deals. Can it be stacked with other coupons/codes?

What are you all planning to get with yours?

Not sure yet what I will buy but I miss the days when KC did not expire. Now they expire and if you do not use it they expire.

You can definitely use it with any of the deals/sales that are currently going on.

You can use with coupon codes for % off, but that only applies after the KC is applied; e.g. it will deduct the $15 KC from your $25 subtotal before taking your 20% off.

I'm planning to get a Boxed Calendar, and possibly a replacement for the sneakers I'll need to return.

I dislike Kohls cash for many reasons but mainly being if you return anything you bought to earn it you lose a portion regardless of whether or not you used the Kohls cash. Also, anything bought with Kohls cash is returnable minus the amount of Kohls cash applied to it.

So keep that in mind when buying anything...the upside is Kohls takes returns however so you could always return w/o receipt but not sure what price they give you in that instance.

I try to keep Kohl's cash/any $off coupons purchase separate to anything I might return for that reason, last cashier told me that was no longer the case when I redeemed birthday coupon and was wrong as receipt clearly states amount of Kohls cash applied to each item and "returnable" amount for each item, lesson learned.

Kohls cash is combineable however the cash will be applied before any other discount. so say you buy $30 worth of stuff and have $10 kohls cash, bill will come 30-10=20+discount not 30-discount, then $10 kohls cash applied.

They don't do the KC promotion right after one ended. So the answer is no you don't earn more when using what you have.

They've definitely overlapped the redemption period with another period of KC earning (e.g. right before the BF sale they were doing $10 KC for every $50 and redeemable during the week of the BF sale).  In this case, you'll earn the KC on the subtotal after you've used your KC.  KC is treated as a coupon (the FIRST coupon).  It's used, the price is adjusted, additional coupons are used (% off code), and THEN it will evaluate your KC earning.  If after all those KC & coupons you're still above $50, you'd still earn KC on this transaction.

Well I feel stupid. I don't recall seeing an overlap all the years I have been shopping at Kohls. Of course I rarely shop during the KC promotions. My shopping is saved for when I get 30% off plus an additional $10 off over $30.
