A few months ago, there was a link for a good deal on tents. that was before I had any extra money! I was wondering if anyone knew of any tent deals or could remember anything about the one that was posted before .

Try REI.com. Look at both that and the oulet (same site). Plug in .83 into the search box. Saw 2 models listed at 50% off clearance price. They are in the middle of their super clearance sale now. Items selling FAST... good-luck!

REI has some deals. check target clearance too, online and off, as they are getting rid of last year's camping stuff. i am looking for one of those tent "screen gazebo" or "screen houses" so i have been seeing a lot of tent deals while looking for my score. OH... amazon has some great deals too. also, i found, if you know of a brand you prefer, like coleman... go to that site like www.coleman.com and they will have a list of authorized retailers. it takes time, but if you click on each retailer's link, and do a search for clearance tent or sale tent you can find stuff. Hey, in the meantime if you find any screen deals, please pass them on!

I agree. Check Target. I just bought two kids tent sets for $9.99 for son and daughter. One is blue and the other is some sorta pink color. Set includes tent, sleeping bag, and an inflatable chair.
