inluvstill Posted February 9, 2006 Posted February 9, 2006 We had a 1/2 day sale that I just accidently came upon yesterday. JCPenny was 70% off of clearance prices. They said these are the final fall markdowns. Hoodies were about $6 and everything else was under $6. I hope this helps.
