Carrier doesn't really matter, Cingular or T-mobile. He is just looking for the best deal, even if it requires a mail in rebate. Anyone know of any hot deals? jamesave Posted February 7, 2006 Share Posted February 7, 2006 cheapest one is t-mobile. there is a phone with $10 airtime for $40 at walmart or target. the problem is there is no way you can just buy a sim card and activate it. it always bundled with a phone. Unlike their counterpart at the foreign countries, US cell phones just won't cell the sim card alone. mrn8, do you know where one can get a prepaid sim card? mrn8 Posted February 8, 2006 Share Posted February 8, 2006 For US sims, they only sell prepaid ones for T-Mobile. Telestial sells Cell Phone companies sims as a service to travelers, basically.
