How do you create a poll?

i'm trying to tell you. i did this before. type your question or whatever then scroll down a bit and you'll see a place that says create a poll . click on that then you have to type the question in again

well i didn't see it this time well i don't see anything but somewhere under where you write it said,or used to sayt .ask create a poll
