The app and amazon.com are offering 2 completely different sets of lightning deals

I have android and at the top of the list of lightning deals, it says "App-Only Lightning Deals". That triggered me to check the site (even at 3am) and sure enough (even on the mobile site) a whole new set of lightning deals.

 

Anyone else seeing this? I think this is the first time EVER I've noticed anything like this.

Oh crap!  Yes, this does appear to be new, because I use the app on my tablet all the time and I've never noticed two different sets of deals.  UGH!  Just one more thing to keep an eye on.  Thanks for the heads up!

That's no lie!  I was afraid to LEAVE work yesterday (on a Friday no less) for fear of missing something on the drive home!

Lol. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news...

 

It has to be new, as in within the last day!!! I use both interchangeably quite often and never any differences whatsoever. Now it's like we have 2 amazons; one with an app, one without. I wonder who will have the better deals...

I just got on my laptop and then check against my app.

 

I am on android app. There are actually 3 section

You see below in the order I listed:

• Deal of the day
• App- only Lightening deals
• Lightening Deals

 

So we are safe. NOT yet to be chain to our desk/ or at work. What a relief.
