bribri25 Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 I placed an order last week on JCP.com and decided to check the status since I hadn't seen a "Shipped" email. Well, I come to find out they canceled my order. They transferred me to a new department and they were able to re-place my order so we'll see if this goes through. They upgraded me to Free 2-day shipping (I didn't really care because it just needs to arrive for xmas). They said the cause was their new computer system and sometimes orders get caught up and unfortunately cancelled. So, just be aware of this if you're shopping jcp.com for BF; you may be victim to this as well.
