tinkrbel
I wouldn't think so but... we had ppl complaining when i insisted we have names picked and wish lists up the week before Thanksgiving last year. I will not apologize for trying to get whoever the most bang for my buck. Saying that, we have to specify no gift card requests. I guess if they follow the same mindset there's no need to scour for gift card sales. Edited November 10, 2014 by tinkrbel
First Lady
We passed out the forms on Friday. They are due back on the 17th and we'll draw for names in the 19th. Not too early in my mind.
hack2222
Nope, if they think it's too early just tell them that you'll get back to them next year. Its definitely go time.
abentley
I actually had my 2 offices draw names 1 month ago. In one location one girl was expecting and due In November so we wanted to make certain she felt included in the planning! My other school, we were just excited! Was it early then? Yes, but it worked for our situation. If people are complaining now, maybe they just can't embrace it! I swear all of us are going to blink and we will be at New Years! tinkrbel
I think we're skipping secret Santa this year and just doing white elephant. Nothing is planned yet either way...or the location/date for Christmas party.
