kat_29440 Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 I just bought two chocolate fondue fountains (needed for my son's wedding Saturday) for less than $15.00!!
christmasangel Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 WHOA! Great deal!! We had one of these at my wedding in May- they were just becoming hot back then- we hired one. It stood about 4 feet tall on a table and came with two attendants. ANYWAYS.................... IT WAS A HUGE HUGE HIT!!!!!!!! Everyone went nuts to the point that everyone was in a long line and not dancing! LOL
sugarkristals Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 OMG what a great deal. Can you tell me what brand or size??? There aren't any CVS' near by but if it is a super good deal, I will make the extra trip!!! THANKS!
cpg117cg Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 My CVS has a lot of candy left over and I got some Hershey kisses and some boxes of chocolate covered cherries to put away for Valentines day.
ShawnainKY02 Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 Oh, I hope that they have these at my CVS! My daughter asked for one for Christmas, but couldn't get one then. It would be great if I could get one and put it up for her b-day!
Boilerhoss Posted January 6, 2006 Posted January 6, 2006 My CVS didnt have any I got my brother the Rival one for Christmas and he loves it!! He had a new years party and he said it was a big hit!!
noaimhere Posted January 6, 2006 Posted January 6, 2006 my cvs was out of these. Most of xmas was gone - just a few stray items
ohio_gal1959 Posted January 7, 2006 Posted January 7, 2006 CVS' here in Columbus didn't have much.I checked around columbus and nothing much at all. I was disappointed this year.
loved1 Posted January 7, 2006 Posted January 7, 2006 I went to a CVS that had a special 90% off Christmas items & espresso machines & wooden wine racks were included in the promotion. I think I'm addicted to bargain shopping because I have 8 espresso machines, that I paid $1.49 each for in my trunk. I went to another CVS looking for the machines & they were still $15.
sara12529 Posted January 7, 2006 Posted January 7, 2006 I got one of the fondue fountains at my CVS for 7.49. They were marked 25% at one CVS and then my other CVS was marked 75% off. Great deal if they work good.
Amber76 Posted January 7, 2006 Posted January 7, 2006 Did all cvs go to 90% Its not close but not too far, I would be willing to drive over for 90%
siageah Posted January 7, 2006 Posted January 7, 2006 Ours is still at 75%. I think it may depend on the store. I'm hoping they go 90% tomorrow!
billykub Posted January 8, 2006 Posted January 8, 2006 what state are you all finding the chocolate fountains in? Lisa
Gloey Posted January 8, 2006 Posted January 8, 2006 The only hot deals I found at 2 CVS's today were on candy. I got four bags of Hershey kisses, two small "canes" filled with M&M type candies and a box of chocolate covered cherries for 90% off. I paid $1.55 for all.
