I got my money credited to my bank account today. Glad that Dillard's figured out that customer service should come first and having a bunch of mad shoppers is not a good thing for their store. Thanks to everyone that complained. Wendy

A credit of $30 was posted to my account on 1/18/06. I had ordered both the 19 piece corningware and the pyrex. Now I am a happy camper!!! :lolrun:

It sure does pay to complain .. I'm glad I did post on planet feedback and the company CEO.. glad to see we are getting our rebates .. so can we say the customer is always RIGHT???

I got an email from Laura .. she is crediting me $45 .00 for all 3 sets.. I had a few pic's broken and I"m getting those all replaced .. HAPPY CAMPER HERE!!
