Walmart price matching policy question

I thought I'd seen it posted somewhere but am not able to find it...is there a link to Walmarts corporate policy on price matching?

 

Do they price match on-line prices?

 

Home Depot had potting soil on sale (online) and Walmart said they don't price match online prices or pricing from an on-line ad.  Just wondered if this was just the associate's decision or if in fact that is their policy.

Walmart stores do not honor or match prices from Walmart.com, other online sellers, or from advertisements outside of a store's local trade territory.

....I've heard a co-worker saying that Target does but she may have just run across someone who didn't know better.

Target does..i priced matched something the other day that was cheaper on amazon...It was also cheaper on Targets website then in the store

i went to Walmart last weekend and told the cashier the charcoal was on sale at home depot and she took my word for it and changed the price. no ad necessary. if home depot has it on sale online isn't it on sale in store?
