I am getting really upset with Dell right now. The B120 i ordered through Dell on 11-28-05 has still not been shipped and all i get is the runaround when i call them. They are supposed to credit my account for $85 but is it worth all of this trouble? Also all of the supervisors are not very personable and they expect me to take whatever crap is feed to me each time like they are doing me a favor. I asked one supervisor if i could get her name, another case #, a corporate phone number, or an email and she told me they only had a mailing address for corporate complaints. That cannot be right can it? Does anyone know of a phone number i could call to speak to someone "higher up" than these asses through customer service?
