thechef71 Posted December 27, 2005 Share Posted December 27, 2005 I ordered a Care Bear Tender Heart Check up bear for my little girl Dec 14th still hasn't arrived even though they promised for Christmas. Did anybody else have problems with KB? It was supposed top be delivered by DHL? Just wondering who to blame as me and family are They did offer a refund after much complaining. abentley Posted December 27, 2005 Share Posted December 27, 2005 I hate DHL. It may be that is the problem. Depending on where you live. Dhl will take 3 days longer than expencted in my state-Ut. I wish they used UPS or FEDEX I oredered something else from Walmart on the 18th and got it the 22nd but that was UPS. They didn't have an option of what company to use next time I will ask. They said they would upgrade shipping at thier cost to get it here on time for Christmas. Just got it today. I blame both kb and dhl. kb took forever to ship and didn't upgrade like they said they would and dhl bought it to Philidelphia then mailed it through usps. That doesn't make sense. Dhl was rude on the phone when I called about it. I couldn't understand thier website, neither could they. I won't order from kb online for Christmas again. They have already closed many B&M stores, They way they conducted their holidays sales made me think that they are close to going out of business.
