I did it this morning (the same way I did it last night when I ordered) and got the $3.98 price. I went back in again now and when I added another one to my cart, the new one as well as this morning's showed up as .99. I ended up leaving one in my cart and sent it to my niece. Kids love to get mail, so for a buck I sent it to her. :) I was going to add some of those blue pens for $2.90 that I ordered a couple of weeks ago, but those were still showing out of stock.
