It pretty much is a deal. I bought a Razor for $19.99 at TRU, but I dont know what the price is now.

This is about the same as Wal-Mart so if Target is closer grab it there. It is an ok price, about the lowest you'll find this time of year unless you find a last second sale...wouldn't wait on that though.

I don't know if I'd call it a "deal", but it's a decent price. I paid $19 at Target on Black Friday.
