I emailed the company twice about shipping and get no response. UGH! Also having trouble with the bookcloseout.com site as well. They emailed me a confirmation for my order but have both shipping and billing addresses the same (I wanted the order sent to my niece). No problems, except they sent me a book in terrible condition that did not indicate scratch and dent. If I decide to call them, I'll let you know if I get through.
