I was just waiting in line at Michaels and we were all talking. A woman said that at Menards her husband doesn't get a cart since they are so big and everyone is grabbing one. He goes to the trash can area and gets a wheeled one and uses that! Not a bad idea and thought I'd share.

Shopping cart tip for Menards, Lowe's, etc....

I used a wheeled trash can on my only trip to Menards! Wish we had them in the south.

I actually saw two different ladies using the wheeled trash cans. Never heard of that idea before reading this the other day..... Maybe they are members here and got the idea! lol

I saw a couple ladies using them this morning. Wanted to ask if they were from here, but was scrambling to get my deals!

I only went once to Menards, but saw people use the trash cans and even the wheeled coolers. At the time I thought it was a dumb idea, but realized it made a lot more sense then using carts/ That is even if you could get a cart.

We've used the wheeled trash cans for years. It's so hard to maneuver a cart through the aisles, but those trash cans are easy. We saw the cart collection people bringing trash cans in from the parking lot too so they obviously don't care if you use them all the way to your car.
