I've never heard of Princeton monitors... However, the Analog and DVI refers to the type of inputs the monitor is able to process... Analog input has been around since before Windows 95. DVI (digital video input) is relatively new and only found on moderate-to-high-end video cards released in the last 1.5 years or so...

Acer has been around for a long time... They're the "Chevy" of the computer world. And $239.99 shipped is closer to your target price of $200 or less. It does not have a DVI input, if that matters to you...

I forgot to mention I'd like one that has the speakers on it too.

I have to say that the speakers that are mounted in monitors sound worse than a clock radio (at least the ones I've heard). There really only useful for system beeps and system announcements... You'll never want to listen to music or watch a DVD using them.
