Yes, the price does drop once you enter your Target red Debit/Credit card.  You also save the usual 5%.  Just bought my daughter the $99 Camera, so no need to wait in the cold for me...YAY!!!

 I did finally get it to add to cart, don't know why it wouldn't to begin with. Now I'm not sure if I want it. Does anybody know anything about this camera? I've tried finding reviews for it but see none.

 

Since I need a new camera, I went ahead and bought it.

You have to go to the store for price match.  They pull up the item on the website you say it's on sale on and they verify it's the same make/model.
