I would report them to Ebay, this isn't like a "Target Store" order, they are suppose to have in stock the items, different rules for eBay than what stores get away with

contact them, maybe something went wrong

I just sent them an email to send me whatever ones they still have in stock....even they ugly ones.... They did a partial refund so only 2 were cancelled but that isn't go to go over well on Xmas with 3 kids. Yikes!
