Macy's announced in their Black Friday ad that their sale items will be available online all day on Thanksgiving, therefore we assume these deals will start around midnight EST. The ad also gives coupon code THANKS to use for an extra 10-15% off most items.

Note that the printed Macy's ad includes "Web ID" numbers for most of the items in the ad, which should help find the corresponding item in the online sale.
