I placed an order in November and never recieved it so i decided to call them, they have no record of my order and told me to reorder. I have noticed that the prices have went up on the 2 cd's I ordered, plus I cant find the 15% off code so now it will cost me around $10 more for the same order.

 

I forwarded the order email to their customer service, hopefully I can get my order for that price or I will shop somewhere else.

Hope they take a look at your confirmation email and honor the prices on it. Also make sure they didn't charge double you if they don't honor your email.
