I usually keep in my SAVE FOR LATER part of the shopping cart every item I have purchased from them in the last 2 weeks. This way if the price goes up or down you get a message at the top of your screen that will say the item in your cart is now $xx , I see that and then send them an email asking for a price adjustment. I emailed them about 10 minutes ago and they already replied: Our customer's satisfaction is our primary concern and we strive to meet your expectations. The discounts we offer for items on our web site do vary from time to time. I've checked your order, and found that we now offer a greater discount on "Hue Women's Long Muk Luk Slippers" than at the time you placed your order. Since this item was shipped so recently, I have requested a refund of $3.29 to your credit card. This amount reflects the difference between the price you were charged and the discounted price. The price went up by 3 bucks. Not only that, they charged be 30$ in shippping! I have emailed them 3 times and it still has not been fixed. I am going to cancel the order and redo it I guess. Stuff like that irritates me too.If you can cancel, I would do that and try again. Make sure it's cancelled before you reorder, though.
