I saw a Christmas commercial today.

Menards has Christmas decorations out. My husband was there last night and picked up a Mrs. Claus blow mold. We have a few Santa's and I wanted a Mrs. Claus for a while now.

I was hoping to get through Halloween before thinking about Christmas but that didn't happen. :sidesplit

I believe I heard a Wal-Mart commercial advertising layaway for Christmas this morning...Since those stores are starting their layaways soon, I guess that makes sense. And it's a friendly reminder to those who use the service; the earlier the better!

It is probably Kmart. And, last year their commercial was aired on Oct 26 while Target last year ad was aired on Oct 15.

I have a TiVo DVR and they have a thing called wishlists, you setup keywords and it will find shows with those words in it. I have a Christmas one and have been checking it more lately and recording some things here and there. :)

I saw the Kmart ad last night.  The huge cookie was kind of spooky.

My daughter, 28 and I have a contest each year to see who sees the first Christmas commercial - I won this year with not only the Kmart layaway commercial, but also, Hallmark channel has been advertising this new 12 original Christmas movies that will air this season starting on November 2nd... can't wait - LOVE Christmas movies (and commercials, too!) ;)
