Guest dma02 Posted November 30, 2005 Posted November 30, 2005 i was first in line at a walmart on long island. then they let us into the covered enterance b/c it was cold. the line broke down near 3am and a mad rush at 5am. i got no laptop, despite being first in line (they didnt do tickets). i am disabled. now walmart has the same model number ze2308wm on their website for $688. is there anything i can do?

You could visit the store and demand to speak with the store manager/director, tell your story and they might grant your wish. They have the authority to make it happen, but it's their decision.
