MustangSally Posted November 27, 2005 Posted November 27, 2005 Has any one tired this on line?? At the store they told me they could only honor brick and morter stores. It reads ( to me) at Sears.com they will pricematch any .com stores... any personal knowledge if this works? Love, Beth
MustangSally Posted November 28, 2005 Author Posted November 28, 2005 answered my own question... they will not honor net sales from companys that are not local.. and in rural WV that is a lot of them heheee Love, Beth
sheli Posted November 28, 2005 Posted November 28, 2005 Hubby used to work at Sears. Policy is to PM anything b+m that is within "reasonable" driving distance. Up to an hour was never even questioned and the right associate wouldn't ask where. The catch is you have to add the cost of shipping to the online price before they match it. This is because online prices are often lower than b+m to compensate for shipping charges.
MustangSally Posted November 28, 2005 Author Posted November 28, 2005 if there had been a store instead of a warehouse she would have let me have it.. oh well.. hehee I will keep looking.. she did say they might be having another 10% off sale soon. I am keeping my fingers crossed. Thanks Love, Beth
WELUVKDS79 Posted November 28, 2005 Posted November 28, 2005 So does the Navy Exchange for thos interested!!
Guest cantweshare Posted November 28, 2005 Posted November 28, 2005 They just ripped me off and turned down my price match request because the store wasn't the right kind of store. It's a store, they're selling the EXACT same thing for $20 cheaper, who gives a hoot what kind of store it is.
