Walmart BF dual screen dvd player

Could someone please tell about the emerson dual screen that is available online now. It looks to me like you would only be able to play them in the vehicle and not in your home. It says it comes with a car power adaptor but no rechargeable battery. I don't know alot about these things what do you guys think? thanks
