jeanneg4of4 Posted November 24, 2005 Posted November 24, 2005 ok this may sound like a dumb question but, I have never pm before. So do you just take the exact item you want to pm up to the register and then show them the ad with the reduced price or do you have to go to coustomer service and have them ok the pm first.
RossMAN Posted November 24, 2005 Posted November 24, 2005 Correct, you PM at the register with a copy of the competitors ad. PM'ing at Circuit City is a little different if you want to take advantage of their 110% PM policy.

Walk around waste some time.3) Walk back into store, go to customer service with your receipt and the competitors ad. Tell them you'd like to request a 110% PM.Sometimes they'll call the competitor to confirm price and that it's available.4) You'll receive the difference plus 10% back.
