Ariel Posted November 24, 2005 Posted November 24, 2005 Is there a shop in Jackson that I could go to on Friday to look at traded in Sewing Machines? There isn't a Joannes is there? I was told that the cheaper machines just really aren't that good and I would like to spend about $250 on a machine and was told to look at sewing shops. Any advice on that or what machine to look at? Thanks again so much!!
kdblev Posted November 24, 2005 Posted November 24, 2005 Most anything you get in the $250 range will be plenty good. I am a professional and mine only cost $150 or so. I have backups of course, but not yet had an issue. Singer, Janome, Bernina are the best brands. Kenmore is also dependable. Otherwise check your phonebook or yahoo directory for sewing machine shops.
